    Settlers 5 not installing from cd on windows 10

    SETTLERS 5 NOT INSTALLING FROM CD ON WINDOWS 10

    Please anyone that can assist me in this, as I keep on reporting it to support but they could not assist yet.
    They are not allowed to use teamviewer to assist me.

    Hi, Yvonne!

    Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. I would recommend installing it in compatibility mode.

    I would try to run it in the Windows 7 mode and see if that allows you to install it. Also are you getting any error messages?
