nurf the pestilence ticks and how hard the hit and fast! all blue true patriot pestilence should not be able do chunk down a 1.5mil armour faster then someone with 180crit hit damage. literally get hit by about 10ish bullets and it will tick down 3-5 little armour bars.
there should also be a counter to it as there is pretty much for everything else is game.
