    My vip doesn’t work

    Hello my child has just dance on Apple TV we are having problems. Firstly it wouldn’t sign in and load for a week so we have up I tried reinstalling but nothing just said couldn’t conect when all other internet based apps work fine. Now the game loads but my child can not select songs as it says need coins. We paid initially for vip for 3 months my account on Apple says subscribed so not sure? In my frustration I reloaded and then paid for a further 12 months subscription. It still does not show vip under name. If this doesn’t get sorted I will be looking for a refund if you cannot put this right quickly! To make this worse all the contact routes don’t work
    I have no patience at the moment kids are going mad

    Someone help!!!!

    Can someone tell me how to get in touch with this company that makes the game I’m sick of online sales of apps and software that hire all means of contact. I have tried constantly to send a message on the contact center to only get a red writing message stating all chat is not available which I have been clicking on the email symbol anyway.

    I have pressed on the here to get a ticket

    I have pressed on the here link to take a ticket filled everything in and it just shows three dots coming and going continuously in red it says chat is unavailable but I pressed the email symbol

    I was able to find case 11810073 created on your account, and having read the latest comments, I do believe you were able to restore your VIP purchases in the end?
