    VIP Pass Just Dance Now not Recognised by the App

    Ubisoft Support, please advice/clarify what is the issue with your VIP passes detection for the game. It keep asking us to buy passes while we are already a VIP Pass member. Please patch / fix the issue as it is irritating. We already paid for it and at least provide us an avenue to contact to get clarification. Appreciate to contact your user for rectification.

    Same problem here

    Same problem here. Sent email to Ubisoft last evening, but no reply. It's infuriating when you prepay a month and it suddenly stops working. I hope this will be resolved soon.

    Yeah, this is frustrating, second time since February when I bought the 1 year VIP. Very unprofessional.
