Settlers V HoK Fog of war broken in Prologue chapter

There is a rendering problem in the Prologue level where the fog of war is broken if the player zooms out the camera too much. It happens in both low settings and high settings no matter the resolution used

Hey Nacery! I'm sorry that you're encountering this issue.

Does this still happen after verifying your game files?

Yes I tried verifying files but is still the same. I tried every custom maps to see if it happens in any other map (I havent finished the campaign) but only happens in Campaign Prologue.

Regarding custom maps I discovered tha certain custom maps have a fog so thick that if you zoom out everything gets covered, don't know if this is a bug as this is the first time I play these maps (I have The Settlers V disc from the original verison but sadly I don't have a DVD Rom reader to test it) and sometimes are all in german (though it makes sense as some maps were never released outside Germany).

Thank you for getting back in touch with us, I hope you are well.

I've taken the time to investigate this however I've not been able to find any other reports. Either this affects everyone and it has gone under the radar, or perhaps this is only affecting yourself.

I'll remain vigilant for any further reports from our community!
