One thing that would really help with Immersion is Tactical Emotes with an Emote Wheel.

Basic things like
Left \ Right \ Forward \ top \ Ghost \ Fall Back \ Etc.

As well as a Few Smart Waypoints such as in Farcry 5 which highlights when your team is scoping an enemy.
