    When I start the game, it tries to connect to CONFLUX, but after a while the error message: "You are disabled. Go to the main menu." When I try to connect manually, the connection is set for 30-40 seconds and then again this message appears, and I disconnecting from CONFLUX.

    Ubisoft sent invalid keys to Russian retailer, and then deactivated all of them. Even those that worked.
    And not any word of excuse. Now we know how Ubisoft loves russian gamers much

    Yes? i am from Russia, but I have steam version. And my key was accepted normally.

    same problem, Collectors box version from Buka
    (Russian keys that deactivated is ONLY DIGITAL versions, and Conflux says "wrong key")
    but key is normal before i played more than a hour, and activated DLC from collectors version, and now only "Connecting to CONFLUX..." and then ERROR 0x800100004

    Ubisoft deactivated keys, why did it? It is interesting but it is only in Russia or in other countries too. Although there is not even a support for Russian.

    Ubisoft - that's foul! Your unprofessionalizm with Russian keys is not addressed by any of your officals. you could at least bother to acknowledge and excuse, but you don't seem to care. Is that your normal attitude to the clients? or specific case? or specific country? that was first and last time I buy something from you. I'd love I never had.

    Steam version and DVD works ok. it's only DIGITAL key problem.

    They says "create new account to activate new key" lol
