    In sync mechanic

The buff is ok, not really mechanically engaging.

Every 5 seconds put my head out and shoot a bullet, that's it. Keeping on shooting is pretty much a waste of bullets since Even with a 40% WD buff I take a sliver of health from any enemy (at the Shooting range it takes 40 headshots with the double buff active to kill an elite, so 1.3 magazines with the Harmony on sale).

I get it the devs are trying to force skill builds to use weapons too, but it really is not fun gameplay.

The buff to skills is needed, I think this is a very poor implementation, though.

I actually feel like this is a talent more suited for a weapon damage build. Just pop out a skill that deals almost no damage and get 30-40% weapon damage as a bonus.

I use a 3 reds and 3 yellow technician build that has everything put to Skill damage and crit chance / crit damage.

My MK16 deals 100K base damage on the PTS (93K on Live) and hits quite hard even in Legendary's (especially vs tanks thanks to that 21% health damage). My drone and turret are Tier 4 because of the Technician Skill tier bonus and both deal a lot of DPS on their own.

Currently I am running Spike which gives me 20% Skill damage for 8 seconds and Perfect combined Arms for the extra 30% skill damage for 3s when shooting an enemy.

That means I am constantly shooting enemies while my skills are hitting enemies all the time as well.

That talent alone is what I am looking for the most once the patch drops. 30% skill damage instead of 20% and a whole 30% weapon damage on top. Super strong and a huge buff for my build.

Overall it favours hybrid builds and makes them really strong when build correctly.

Love this, works well with my build too. Just run out of rifle bullets too fast!

It just demonstrates that this, like Future Perfect, is not a skill-oriented talent: they're both meant for a WD build with a side of tech.
