    Anno 1800 purchase problem

    I try to buy Anno 1800 Standard edition but can't: "Your shopping cart cannot currently be ordered since one or more of the products in your cart has an invalid price or is not available in the requested quantity. If you have any questions, please contact customer service." Not possible to continue to payment.

    I checked that everything is OK in my account data. Any ideas is that a temporal problem or I have to change something in my account ?

    do yourself a favour and google anno1800 directx crashing before you buy. especially this forum. theyre not gna fix it, and you'll be 100 bucks outta pocket.

    i bought it earlier this morning, and only got an hours use out of it, now it crashes every 5 mins. no fix.

    I recommend trying Incognito Mode in your web browser. Error messages such as this that don't relate to your experience may be a cache issue, so this should resolve it for you.

    Hey! I'm sorry you're experiencing issues, this is certainly something we can help you with.

    We have had reports of DirectX crashes before and we should have some steps to help you. Please create a thread explaining your issue and we can discuss this.

    Problem was with Uplay Windows client. I solved problem by making the purchase from web-store https://store.ubi.com/eu
