Raid exclusive drops should be for raid content only and not used in PvP or PvE. This way no one is forced to raid or miss out on decent gear because they don't play all day everyday., if they do raid they still get a reward.
I cleared a cp4 solo with shield while wearing foundry bulwark+regulus by rushing right into the cp spawn point haha it needs nerf
