I'm unhappy about the change to Ongoing Directive as it makes that set even harder to manage. Emergency reclamation is gone so the advantages of collecting armour kits and grenades is out, but the part of the talent that scoops up all the Hollow Point ammo is now incorporated into the set by default. So we cannot collect the ammo ourselves and select the weapon we wish the ammo to be in; we would do that before by not running Emergency Reclamation, but now this option is incorporated so the method by which we obtain Hollow Points is via a kill with the weapon you wish that ammo to be in.
In-game this means that if you want Hollow Points in your side-arm you need to kill a status effected enemy with that side-arm. Same goes for your secondary weapon. This complicates the management of the gear set and isn't a quality of life improvement that I was hoping for.
A better change would have been to remove the 30 round cap per weapon, so if there were 3 batches of ammo on the ground Emergency Reclamation wouild have added 90 Hollow Points to the weapon in use.
Then what am I doing even playing the test server if what you say is true, they are effectively just trolling us? I want a construtive and genuine attempt by the developers to work with us the player base to turn this game around as they did in The Div 1 with TU 1.4.Originally Posted by Cadillac-Jack Go to original post
Isnt enough players to matchmake to even get 1 guy in the dz on xbox and as you cant matchmake for raids, its going to be a game killer. Creating barriers for people to use the gear they want has killed rhe game. The amount of god awful decisions they've made with TD2 will make many, inclusing myself, purchase no further content inclusing any potential TD3. Gear 2.0 has been a disaster, the game has that many bigs and issues it makes Anthem look good.Originally Posted by Cadillac-Jack Go to original post
Heres another OP set hidden behind a barrier many cant get too. It will be OP in the dz and will ultimately mean alot more players leaving...again...the next raid you should be able to matchmake for and you should be able to run it in a 4 man group.
Well personally I don't know why you are playing it, obviously you do.Originally Posted by F.i.x.e.r Go to original post
But iv'e already seen the moaning about the Raid set (Bullwark)
It's way too strong in P v P it needs nerfing etc etc etc,
And as we know quite nicely they do not just nerf it in P v P only it'll get the hammer in P v E as well so again a lot of players will never get to experience/test or give feedback before it gets nerfed into oblivion, based off of just those who are in the PTS.
Who do I blame for the consoles NOT having access to the PTS Both UBI/Massive and SONY/Microsoft
Battlefield 4 had Public Test Servers on consoles ( I played in them even with the devs) so it can be done (maybe this lot could have made more of an effort to get them introduced who knows)
So yeah my statement stands things are going to get nerfed before a vast majority of players ever get to use/test/play with or experience such stuff within the game.
Personally all I want out of this PTS/TU10 update is Rainbow loot gone, nothing else matters as long as I can finally max a build and 0 Rainbow fkg loot.
So to all those in the PTS Nerf away have fun.
PS: Sorry if i'm being negative but I can only be as honest as I see it.
This is TrueOriginally Posted by Cadillac-Jack Go to original post
I'd usually agree, but in this case a nerf for PvE is also warranted. It's pretty much an infinite life setOriginally Posted by Cadillac-Jack Go to original post
Like this also Headhunter will be changed. It is absolutely too powerful right now. Coupled with the new exotic that highlights the heads of the NPCs, it's pretty much unstoppable.
Where does it actually say this?Originally Posted by Cadillac-Jack Go to original post
I know the EXOTICS are locked to the raid, but nothing was said about the new sets in thr patch notes. So where are you getting this from?
Here's the patch notes about exotics
But just below that where the new sets are listed, there is no such diaclaimer or stipulation.Developer comment: The Ravenous & Regulus are exclusive to the upcoming Operation Iron Horse but are present on the TU10 PTS for balancing and feedback purposes
To me this sounds a hell of a lot more like those specific exotics will be limited, but nothing else.
IIRC, they said it on SoTG the New Gear Sets are Raid specificOriginally Posted by Sircowdog1 Go to original post
I listened very carefully for that I didn't hear it. Again, they mentioned the exotics, but never the sets.Originally Posted by CasualPlayah Go to original post
