I just played heroic missions and NPC's are rushing, granade spamming and one shotting like always its not just frustrating, its just not fun at all..
I believe TU 9.1 changes haven't been applied to PTS. All NPCs are back at it again as they were pre 9.1
Why wouldn't they use the current patch?
This shouldnt be the case if it is, we need to test in the current state of the game, not a previous one, if the updates in 9.1 are not in the PTS please do this ASAP!!
