    Skills and Mod Pass - Nothing in Patch notes about DPS to Skill timing changes???

    I haven't been able to load the new PTS yet, but I didn't really see anything in the notes regarding skill weakness or the current skill Mods being address. (All PvE)
    Am I mistaken in thinking this pass will address the skills finally and cleanup modes or will we have to wait another 3 or 4 months?

    - Skill vs DPS timing is terrible. While I"m all for weapon buffs, this will make skills pretty much useless for PvE.
    Meaning how fast you can move through a mission. Legendary is an exception...sort of.
    It takes time to position, setup skill, hope you don't get rushed, sniped or a grenade or mortar, etc. takes you out while setting up.
    Then you have to wait to fire, deploy stingers, etc.
    In the meantime the DPS characters just run in, shoot the guys and move on.

    Why bother with any skills now that DPS will be just that much faster?

    Maybe this PTS is only a weapon rework...then can you at least cleanup mods a bit? It can just be a UI thing.
    For the mods, I saw a couple of minor notes regarding a couple of skill mods.
    - How about a full cleanup of the naming so its easier to sort?
    - How about a better display of what the mod does...as some of the mods are named very poorly...stim efficiency???
    - How about higher % on everything as you get into hard content and that 5.5% skill haste is really only about 1 second savings off of 20 secs. or that 6% damage is totally useless when you need millions to kill something and it adds maybe 180k on 3 million but you can only use every 20 or 30 seconds. That DPS guy uses less than 1 bullet to achieve that.
    - How about and adding something where we don't have to keep swapping mods every time we need to change to a skill in that tree? E.G. healing hive AND stinger hive.
    - How about allowing us to have both skills in the same tree? e.g. Two different hives at once?

    THIS!, SKill mods need a buff, there values are so minimal they are pointless, the haste ones are ok, but like radius ones that add a stupid .1 on them are just useless

    They won't be able to do anything for the mods, they're pretty much dead in the water ATM.

    The best solution would be a buff to the base damage of the skills (not mortar turret).

    They could do an easy win by increasing the speed of deployment by 100 or 200%. That's putting the skills out and them firing.
