    NPC Named Enemys Can't Use Armor Kit's while being under fire!

    Please Nerf bosses & named enemy's to not be able to use armor kits while being shot at or under fire. This a very annoying when I have them at 1 armor an they use a armor kit while Im shooting at them with there armor gone & by the time I have them at 1HP they just healed half there health because they can heal while under fire. That shouldn't be a thing. If they are using a armor kit under fire it should cancel it an stop them from using a kit.

    Grenades and status effects should be able to stop them or force an evasive roll - but I definitely feel your frustration with bosses just face-tanking your damage in order to heal. Thank you!

    Grenades and status effects does not stop rogues and bosses from using armor kits. I have seen them use multiple kits in one encounter. Armor always goes back up to full

    it is but i feel by the timei throw my nade they already gonna be healed. They do pull it fast. I think it should be adjusted to where they are in cover an not under sustained fire. If they use a kit i think if they end up under fire it cancels the animation instead of throwing nades all the time. I have came across encounters where they healed while in the nade but it didnt kill them becuase they used it before it went off. So nades are kinda useless sometimes.

    I agree. It feels one sided. Named boss pulls out armor kit ... guaranteed refill unless I am on a skill build already sending a barrage with my artillery turret at them. And even then by the time the round lands they have the armor on. But when we players have to re-armor, it seems like everything out there can interrupt us - even a pistol. My vote is whichever way it goes, make it balanced. Either we get better at putting on armor or they get worse. One or the other LOL.

    I agree, also they need to shorten the time the elite medics can revive. Man they can revive so fast it is almost instantly. Also there revive should be limited to like 3 NPCs.

    Or so they can't revive NPCs that got taken out by a headshot. I love when they yell "I can't save this one!" and then proceed to revive anyways.

    I think I actually remember this being the case. I'm not 100% sure though; but the fact that they've gone through the effort of recording the voice line implies that it must've been the intended behaviour at some point.

    Agreed! Even tho the Employee says. Just use a Nade sometimes that does't work. I have used nades an sometimes it doesn't cancel there heal animation. It goes for rogue agents too. They need to do something about it. Im a content creator for Division! Im not here to blow smoke up the community's arse i wan't to make the game a better place an voice what needs to be done. Voice my opinion about D1 just to be left unheard becuase this guy had 100K or half a million followers. So my voice didn't matter over his. Thats what it feels for Division 2 sometimes. No disrespect towards massive or anything.
