Frankly, with how badly additive weapon damage modifiers are outweighed by multiplicative modifiers, even the 5% weapon damage brand bonus feels pretty underwhelming. If I added that to my current main build and somehow retained every other bonus I already have, it would increase my overall damage by around 2% on average. When you factor in the fact that it would have to replace an existing piece of gear, I don't see the appeal. Using a single Grupo piece in that same slot has more than double the bonus to damage output that a Walker, Harris & Co. piece would have.
