While on their face the Skills themselves haven't gotten any substantial buffs, different common elements of Skill builds have gotten some noteworthy improvements.
Spike Talent buff:
Weapon Talent: In Sync:Spike: Skill Damage Duration increased to 15s from 8s
A new way of achieving Overcharge:Hitting an enemy grants +15% skill damage for 5s.
Using a skill or damaging an enemy with a skill grants +15% weapon damage for 5s.
Damage increases are doubled while both buffs are active at the same time.
While I'll admit there's definitely more new stuff for Status Builds, I'm excited to hear how some of the above elements impact more traditional skill builds!Weapon Talent: Future Perfect
Weapon kills grant +1 skill tier for 15s. Stacks up to 3 times.
Weapon kills at skill tier 6 grant overcharge for 15s.
Overcharge Cooldown: 90s

i tried the sync talent with my skill build which i use for time runs with my team
and i think it is better performing then spike
i mainly use hive to hold the doors and cluster to clear out red bars while my other two red build friends kill the big guys
so 1 stinger out of hive and 1 bullet gives a good buff following skills
cant really comment how good/bad it is comparing because my team mates didnt join the pts but waiting to try some new things in a known play-style group when tu10 hits
