    Anno 2070 - missing content complete edition

    so I just got the Ubisoft support to shift my game from my old Uplay Account to my new one. Apparently, when I check in the games menue, theres almost none of my bonus content anymore. I bought the complete edition ones upon a time on steam. Well I checked on my old account (access is still given) and there, all the bonus content is still there.
    When i click purchase bonus content in my new accounts game, it leads me to steam telling me that I have the stuff already.
    Anyone havng an idea or struggelling with similar issues?

    Hi Ollilicious! I would go ahead and contact Support again and explain the situation to them, they may be able to further assist in getting your bonus content moved as well.

    Hello, Sorry to necro this thread.

    I am having the same issue. I've recently reinstalled via Steam however I don't have access to the pre-order stuff like the skins and items. I tried to create a ticket but it won't let me submit.

    Is it still possible to get some assistance?

    For any missing content from your game we would ask you to contact us via one of these three channels with your Ubisoft ID, where we will verify your account then locate and transfer your content if needs be -

    Ubisoft Support website (for email support or Live Chat) - https://support.ubisoft.com/en-gb/Cases/New

    If you are using the same Ubisoft account as usual and you are missing content, usually you can either verify your files in Steam or if you right click on the game within your Steam library and select 'Properties' go to the DLC tab and check to see if the content is listed there, then check the box to install.
