    Sams been on holidays for over a month.

    I’m having the “holiday” issue too. I haven’t been able to get Sam to work for a good five weeks. Tried deleting the app a few times.

    All I get is a retry button but it never loads.

    Same here

    I'm on my 2nd week of SAM no working, Message says " Your Personal Gaming Assistant is currently not available. Please try again later."

    I'm using S20 ultra Android version 10 last patched May 1, 2020. I've cleared the cached & date, deleted the app & reinstalled and all the other steps listed here https://support.ubisoft.com/en-US/Faqs/000018070

    Not sure why "turn on airplane mode" is listed but I even tried that. SAM still doesn't want to work.
