I got my daily login notification, but Sam's axe is still locked for me. Also will there ever be another chance to get the Ezio set?

I play on PS4 and have a Galaxy S9

I had to close the game completely and wait for the Ubisoft App to tell me, hey log into your game. And when you do so, you get the axe.

But the axe is not exotic ist just a blue axe. ( Yes even if the app is telling you, the axe is exotic its just blue )
