I keep getting this message when I try to connect to my new Just Dance 2020 game on Switch.

I’ve never been able to connect. When I test my wifi on my Switch it says its fine too.

    How can I fix this?!?

    Hey,

If you're still having an issue, please can you try signing in to your account on club.ubisoft.com and if the new terms and conditions pop up, accept those.

That may be causing the issue if you haven't done so yet.

I was having this problem, too. Here's what resolved it for me. After closing the game (hit X), I opened the Switch user profile information, and selected "Check your account information." It prompted me to log in, and it said everything was set up. Then I restarted Just Dance again, and this time I was able to connect to UbiSoft.

    Error code: 2-APFXA-0102

Ubisoft services are not available. Please try again.

Getting the above, tried log in to user account, still won't let me access either Ubisoft club or play online. My Ubisoft account shows Switch is linked. My Ubisoft connect does not show any of my Switch games.

Sorry Ubisoft services are not currently available in your region

I have just dance 2021 and I can't access ubisoft on my Nintendo switch. I don't even have eshop available in my region. I'm in thailand. The songs on just dance 2021 is so limited it will only be worth it if we have access to all the songs offered on ubisoft. How do I fix this or is this just a waste of my money?

    Hey MaiDD

    Thanks for reaching out.

This thread is specifically for Just Dance 2020, if you need assistance with 2021 please go to that specific thread in the future.

If you do not have access to the Nintendo E-Shop from your region, I am afraid that any bonus songs included in Unlimited will not be accessible.

    Hello ShadowReaper2K,

While I understand that it can be frustrating to lose progress, we'd ask you to keep your posts civil as otherwise they may be removed for being in breach of our forum rules.

If you can provide more context into the issue you encountered, then we can certainly take a look into that or at least provide you with some more information.
