    World Tier reset to 0

Finally finished TD story mode and was stoked to go back and finish all of the side missions etc. however all my enemies are now level 30 even in the early zones of the game, I cannot complete any missions, I have no credits to buy better gear, can the game be reset back to the zones with the original levels?
I’ve read through some other threads but all I see is people saying level up and get better gear etc. This game is supposed to be fun, if I have to sit for hours and hours trying to level up just to complete a supply drop Mission then this game is a waste of my time, I don’t have the energy for that this is supposed to be a stress reliever not a stress creator.
Any suggestions other than level up or getting better gear?

I think you bought the wrong game if that's how you feel, sorry.

You don't have to sit for hours and hours - you can level your gear very quickly now that you're done with the Story Mode.

You just need to group with other players - get on the mic and ask for help. We help low level guys all the time and veteran players don't need 99.9% of the items we get on missions so we all are happy to just give them to you at the end of missions.

Spec for support - if you can inflict a status effect do it - and then play missions supporting higher level players to avoid death. You'll have a gear score above 260 in no time and then the world is your oyster.

While tech's post was a bit rough, there's certainly merit to it. I do hate it when I find games with a steep learning curve. But, if you've made it to 30, you should be well past that. When you leveled up from level 29 to 30, instead of saying 30, it becomes WT0. By your character instead of your level, it will have a new number. That is your gear score. It goes up to 291 when maxed out. Most likely just moving to WT0 it is likely under 60.
The change to the NPC's is no different than leveling up during the normal progression. Only change I can recall is the regular LZ open world enemies are scaled with you at 30 instead of being scaled more to an area.

Instead of getting hung up on the World Tier idea, think of it as you are effectively level 30 and you'll have to level to 34 before you are truly maxed and at the end game. The nice thing about TD1's Tier system is if you have higher level gear, you can skip a WT or two. And, unlike TD2, you can lower it back down if the upper WT's prove to be an issue.

If you are struggling that much, I am not sure what to suggest. The obvious answer would be to matchmake for a team. Also, make sure you always keep the best gear for your desired play style. That doesn't always mean the highest gear score. For instance, if you are a sniper, you should be mostly spec'd into Firearms. For a run and gun play style, you may initially want a 50/50 between firearms and stamina. But, if you like using skills constantly and only use your weapon as a last resort, then spec into Electronics. Almost all end-game builds in the game are viable if they are spec'd right. Like that old country song says (Cause every hand's a winner
    And every hand's a loser).

Another would look up, then run the boss loop (Map here "The Division LZ boss map". This may be counter-intuitive, but doing the boss run circle will help increase your gear relatively quickly. What this is, basically there is one named elite enemy, surrounded by 4-8 regular enemies in specific areas of the map. The named elite always drops at least 2 items and has the chance to drop the desirable classified gear set items. If you join someone in a higher WT level, the enemies will drop much better items. Once you get the hang of the map and the bosses, you can run it in around a half-hour. I've got 3,500 hours in this game across two accounts and I still find this the best way to get gear outside of Global Events. Perhaps there are better ways in PvP, but this is what I have found for me since I mostly solo PvE.

You mentioned "Supply drop mission". Technically those aren't missions. Those happen twice a month for those with certain versions of the game. I will say I can see why you'd struggle with those. They are surrounded by ~8-10 elite soldiers. So, those are the same type of enemy as running any mission on "Challenging". If you were used to running difficulty on Normal, that is a big jump. You may want to skip those for now until you can clear other missions at least on hard. Or, they always land in one of two places. Both have a high vantage point you can use to your advantage. For the one on the east side of the map, fast travel to Hudson Refugee camp. Don't go in, instead, turn to your left and there is a semi-truck there with the blue tarp. Climb up it to get on the elevated walkway. Go to the very end and as you approach, you'll start seeing the enemies on your left side below you. They won't come up to you so you can attack with basic immunity.
If you are at the west side supply drop, spawn at either the safe house in Murry Hill, or to Queens Tunnel. Then, go towards the marked location coming in on the east side of the area. On the opposite side of the street you enter, there is a stairway that goes up to a roof. Go all the way to the top. This makes it quite easy here too. Except when there are grenadiers. They can get annoying having to roll out of the way but you can slowly chip away at them with a sniper rifle or using skills.

There are 4 levels of enemies that correspond mostly with the difficulty setting. They are regular enemies which are under normal difficulty. Then, veteran's is on hard difficulty. They have a purple bar. Then, challenging introduces the Elite enemies which have the yellow bar. There is also a slightly harder version of these called Named Elites that you have likely faced already, and will if you do a boss run (mentioned above). The final and toughest enemies are found in the Legendary missions. Of course they are very tough. If you get to the point of facing them, don't let them get close. Apparently they have a nuclear elbows as you are downed with a single melee hit.

Like I said, I am mostly a solo player, but if you need a hand for a few missions or show you the boss run map. There is nothing fun and it is frustrating to be overwhelmed by a game. I could also maybe teach some of the points on picking gear, rolling it for your playstyle, etc. As a general rule I don't play groups much any more but I've got a lot of friends on UPlay that will send me a message here or there and ask for a hand so I'll join them.
If you want to, add me. My main account is bambihunter1971. But, I don't play that one all that often anymore though. Probably the better one is to add the one I mostly use now: Bambihunter71 I play ~6-10 pm CST M-F and whatever I can on the weekend.

This turned into a novel, I am often long-winded, but I especially "feel your pain". I have bought a few games, only to play them an hour or two of pure frustration; never to be played again.

You want to put the world tier back to 0?

You hit M, then up in the top corner is World Tier, you click that, select 0 and confirm. Same thing to increase it.
