My account was banned for unknown reason, it literally breaks my heart. What I have done that I get banned? I've never done the turret damage glitch, only the warhound.
It's stated on the STOG it's not an exploit. I don't understand this I'm leaving this game good luck guys.
I'm deleting my UB account permanently, and play other games.
If you didnt hack the game or changed any codes in it or used a 3rd party cheating program.
Then you will get your game back.
Just dont give up. move on with it and appeal them.
Temporary banns are 1 thing but permanetly banns are a totaly different matter.
And wery hard for gamming companies to hold up in courts.
Just dont give up if you didnt do anything illigeal.
And if you leave in europe there is a law that forces gamming companies to provide you with all info they have on you online.
So just tell them to give it to you.
Freedom of Information Act
I don't know if you're wrong or right OP, but you got rights, so as Ubisoft.
So you're saying you can submit a FOIA request to the U.S. government to get info about why your account was banned by Massive?Originally Posted by No.Soap4U Go to original post
Good luck with that. While you're at it, you should exercise your 1st Amendment rights and demand Ubisoft moderators stop censoring posts here.
Genius.
In Europe the gamming companies is demanded by LAW to provide all info they have on any one.Originally Posted by YodaMan 3D Go to original post
All the person have to do is to apply for them. if he doesnt he wont get any.
online companies doesnt just hand out with out asking.
This is the LAW in Europe....no discussions about that is needed further
As i said before...EULA ..TOS and the LAW is wery different things.
Learn the difference guys.
I definitely agree that Ubi/Massive should provide evidence, or at the bare MINIMUM a more specific charge than “misconduct.” Especially in regards to a permanent ban, and especially given the buggy state this game is in right now.
As far as the question as to whether the new terms of use apply, they don’t go into effect until August 12, 2020.
I hope OP gets some answers. When they’re permanently restricting access to a title you’ve paid for, they should have to show pretty good cause.
