Delivery Quest Glitched - DNA Tracker impossible to complete

I've accepted the quest from the Lexington region, collected all items but no prompt appears telling me to return to the NPC. I have completed the NY and Boston quests (66% DNA tracker) and the other 2 in the Frontier but this is the last hurdle to getting 100%.

7 years, remastered, and still no fix???

Just to clarify, when I return to the NPC quest giver I cannot interact with him as nothing appears on the screen. I have checked that I have all the required items in inventory and have even sold/recollected everything to try to trigger the prompts.

ANIMUS TRAINING CENTER BUGS (Assassin's creed 3 Remastered)

First of all, a little effort has been made on the Remastered version of Assassin's creed 3. But from the bugs and glitches, nothing frustrates me more then Animus Training Center. There are many bugs, especially in Stats. In the Economy stats, The aquila Upgrades are only on 2%, even tho ingame, I fully Upgraded it (I know that this is for a fact a bug). In Exploration stats, I have Fast travel points unlocked on only 81% for unknown reason, even tho I've unlocked all of them ingame. Then I have two problems in Overall Stats. Those two being Fight kills vs Assassinations, which are on 76%, but the one I'm most frustrated with is the Synchronization, which is a whooping 96%, even tho I have completed all the missions, all the optional missions, every collectible and everything else.

Truth be told, I do have a Completionist Seal of approval for Assassin's creed 3 Remastered, but I'm just not sure what to do with the Stats.

Any Info I can get will help a lot...
