    Hey, fastboy1998!

Sorry to hear that you are getting this error. Can you try running the game as an administrator and trying again?

Please let us know if the issue persists after this.

    Fix attempt 1

I tryed to run the uplay launcher as administator (The run as administator option did not show up on the Far cry 4 shortcut) and it did not fix the error. What else can i try?

Can you try it on the .exe file in the installation folder for the game please.

Alternatively, can you check in Windows Explorer that the mentioned path exists and is writable?

The game needs to downloads and stores maps there before they can be played. So it looks like the game may not write there, either due to the folder not existing, or due to file permissions (hopefully overcome by starting the game as Administrator)

Thank you for your help Steve64b, a very good suggestion.

There should always be a cache folder there but try creating one manually if not.

@fastboy1998 Are you still needing assistance, or does everything seem fine now?
