    PLEASE REACT NOW: Iphone controller app not working anymore

    Hi,

    as here mentioned in the forums your just dance controller app is NOT WORKING on Ios anymore.

    Ios version: 13.4.1
    Iphone model: Iphone XR

    PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP.

    There are tons of bad reviews in the app store.

    There are tons of problems here in the forum.

    Don't ask again, just fix it.

    YOUR GAME IS USELESS UNLESS YOU FIX THIS FOR ALL IOS USERS!


    NO EXCUSES ANYMORE. NO QUESTIONS. Just fix it.

    We are currently looking into this issue since the latest iOS update seems to be causing it.

    The app will likely need an update to work with the new OS, so please look out for one.

    Just picked up the game from Best Buy and cannot play it. Is there a way to dance along without the controller? Can we disable it until you fix the bug?

    There are various possibilities to play the game:

    - buy an old iphone and do not upgrade the ios to 13.4.X and install the app, older IOS versions should work.
    - maybe there is a chance that it works with kinnect, but I never tested.

    You need either a phone or a kinect to play the game.

    HOPEFULLY ubisoft does care to fix the problem.

    Until the fix is not present und you have no older phone, see your money as burned.

    Iphone controller app not working anymore

    Hi Team,

    I am facing this issue too (I phone controller app is not working)
    Just wander when will it be fixed?? I have just paid for unlimited songs for 3 months and this issue pending for almost a week.

    Please fix it or give us solution, Thank you!!

    You do need the controller as this is how the game tracks your movement, it is not possible to disable this.

    This is the most ridiculous answer I've answer seen. I paid the game for nothing. You can take your time "investigating". But would you mind issuing us a refund? I'd rather spend my money elsewhere if I knew your product is so terrible.

    ANY UPDATE ON THIS?

    Or just lame excuses after lame excuses again?

    Come on. could not be that hard to connect an iphone to the debugger and check what is wrong and why the app crashes.


    Is there a developer working on this? Please tell the truth!

    Having checked in on the status of this issue, I do believe that it should now be resolved.

    Please make sure that you have updated the controller app to the latest version, and that your device's OS version is also fully up-to-date.

    Let me know if you're still experiencing issues so that we can investigate further.
