The reason for this is because of how much time the opponent has to GB during the double dodge. There have been too many times where the person i'm fighting has time to feint their attack and gb me before I can get my kick out. There is no other hero with a bash that can be punished so easily for a bash.

The kick still can be punished, but it must be punished on read, not reaction. That's why the kick should have a 0ms GB vulnerability

Also I think the backflip kick should guarantee the heavy attack, and his chain heavy should be undodgeable. All these changes would really help the hero.
