    Changing the language interface of a regional Ubisoft store and Uplay

    I understand and accept the decision of region locking the store of your current location, but can anyone from Ubisoft justify their assumption that anyone, for example in Japan, can read and understand Japanese and therefore remove any option to at least change the language? Not everyone in another country is a native or citizen you know.

    How can I use the Japanese Ubisoft store if i can't figure out what i'm buying other than the images of course. There's a button that says "Japanese" but it only changes the store location which as you know they won't allow you to do so if you plan to purchase.
