Below are my top 3 issues I have with the PC version of the game:

1. There’s a second+ delay with every interaction in the game, be it climbing a ladder, opening a cache, switching weapons, picking up a dead body, or getting in or out of a vehicle. This flaw prevents fluidity when playing the game and has caused me no end of frustration.

2. Taking cover around trees, lower walls, etc. is extremely hit or miss at best, usually a miss. When some cover is eventually achieved, if I click my right mouse button to zoom, 95% of the time my scope will not properly lean around the corner but will show my avatar pointing at the object, forcing me to break cover so I can properly shoot around the object. This happens if I lean left or right.

3. The over-the-shoulder perspective is the worst implementation I’ve ever seen. Nothing feels natural about it and I’m always trying to compensate on where to run and fire. Look at The Division 2 for how it should be done

AI
- Enemy NPCs need to be smarter.
o If I'm shooting from a rooftop or ledge, rarely will they climb a ladder to get me. I’ll hear is chatter about the situation and nothing else. They were supposed to be trained soldiers. I need to see enemies AI patrolling on boat and on bikes and wolves driving some vehicles. Whenever they call for reinforcement, I'd like to see more than one vehicle coming for backup.
o I’ve seen situations where I killed some enemy NPCs driving a vehicle then another vehicle approaches but instead of investigating, they drive thru. Worse is when I shot and kill a gunner and they don’t stop or call for reinforcements.
o 25-50% of the time I’ll shot at enemy vehicles but they don’t stop, speed up, or anything
o I’ve hit an enemy NPC who was driving a truck and he continued to drive for another few seconds before stopping the truck, opened the door and falling over.
o When I start attacking guards at a base, I’ll hear NPCs yell “We’re under attack” but 25% of the time, nearby guards don’t react. They didn’t find any dead bodies or hear any shooting.
o At the Naval Base in Seal Islands, a hostile NPC was driving a tank and he was coming down the road towards me and when I took off into the ditches, he went past me and drove the tank over a wooden bridge into the ditch below.
- Civilians
o When civilians are being cowered by hostiles then I kill all of the hostiles, they shouldn’t cower or talk like there’s still a threat.
o When I free a civilian, they should thank me then go home.

Animation
This is one area that needs a lot of work in order to make the game feel more natural.

- Best case for reducing the delay between an animation and being able to move is when I’m picking up a body or preparing to fire a missile is that once you start, you have to wait at least 2+ seconds which is unacceptable.
- When pressing C then pressing C again, my avatar has to finish its animation before it can start another one. This delay has cost me many lives so the user should be able to interrupt it or make the animation happen faster.
- If I'm in a location where I can't crouch or go prone, display an icon saying so. This is important because if I’m trying to evade detection but I can’t go prone or worse, camouflage myself then I’ll get spotted.
- Walking/Sprinting towards a ladder then being able to climb it without a pause works 50% of the time and there’s room for improvement. There shouldn’t be any pause when approaching the ladder.
- I’ve never been able to sprinting towards a vehicle and get in; I have to stop then press the Appropriate key.
- When bringing up the map, I have to wait a moment before I can zoom in.
- The game doesn't allow me to perform a proper cover when near a tree or rock. My avatar should fit his body to the surface much better. When I try to look around the object and fire, my weapon will not point where I'm looking and instead be pointed at the object, so firing the gun will cause injury to myself.
- While deploying the bivouac, it takes an extra 5-10 seconds for the final animation to finish.
- If I’m in the middle of a cut-scene for a mission, like a Hack, I can’t break from the animation yet I’m totally vulnerable and I’ve died because of this situation. It’s not real life to have me trapped like this without being able to move; I should at least be able to use my hand gun.

Bases/Compounds
- I wouldn’t mind having a visual/audio indicator when I 1) kill all enemy NPCs at a base and liberate it and 2) acquire/find all of the caches

Bivouac
- There are times when I try to do a preparation but nothing happens, such as Eating. I’m assuming that I have nothing to eat? Whatever the reason, you must either gray out the option and display a message why it’s grayed out or display a message saying there’s no food.

Boats
- When pressing E to drive the Odyssey, my avatar will fall into the water before climbing onto the boat
- When exiting any boat, I should remain on deck so I jump in the direction I want to rather than jump overboard.
- When driving a small boat named Woody, the water is intersecting the bottom and sides of the boat. When this happens, it happens as long as I’m driving the boat. There are some boats where this doesn’t happen.
- If a boat is partially grounded, there should be an option to push it back into the water.
- There’s an Odyssey boat at a Skill Tech Location south of a Behemoth Defense Area in Wild Coast that I can’t get in to drive or ride as a passenger

Crafting
- When the crafting menu is displayed and I have the components to craft, allow the user to press the craft button and consume the available ingredients in the order listed. It's too time consuming to have to pick each component one at a time.
- When I open the crafting menu for ammunition or food, most of the Craftable items force me to select the ingredients to use but the Stim Pack does not, it automatically selects from the available ingredients which is how they all should be.

General
- Enable ability to play in 1st person.
- I want to be able to assign a key to use the Binoculars, food, etc. like every other game.
- There are some lights in compounds that can’t be destroyed but I hear a sound that indicates glass was broken; The Composite Factory is one location where the lights are on poles.
- Add ability to pick up mines, C4, etc.
- I’ve been able to drive a motorcycle into a fence and get it stuck
- Allow the user to pick multiple preparations at one time and see all animations (if you must) at once.
- I was able to drive a motorcycle into a fence where it was permanently stuck in the fence. After I dismounted, I had the option to Drive it but of course the game just displayed the progress indicator endlessly.
- Deploying a Bivouac has my avatar putting out an already out campfire at some locations which is strange.
- Ability to holster my weapon
o If I’m near civilians then they’re no longer ‘talk’ to me which is extremely annoying
- I want to be able to assign keys to food, weapons, and medical devices. It’s too slow, using a keyboard & mouse, to run away from weapons fire, select an item to use and use it. I need a quick method to assign keys to each item that I can use on the run.
- Steal Swim only works against forces on the ground; NPCs in helicopters easily spot and shoot at me.
- When freeing prisoners, one will always say “Gees, take cover, they’re coming” even though there’s no enemy’s around.

Graphics
- It’s painfully obvious that the time of day is 1 second incremental steps because whenever I look at shadows on a surface, I’ll see the shadows change position every second. I haven’t seen this level of bad coding in a long time!

Looting weapons
- As is often the case when I get to a cache that has a weapon that I don’t want but want to mark the cache as ‘Acquired’ or found, you need to provide an option to ‘Mark as found.’

Missions
- Written in stone: After inserting all four combined tablets and entering the sealed cave, the doctor walks into the cave with me. Her last line of dialogue makes it sound like I met she’s outside and that she’ll be going in “now that the gases have dispersed.” When I exit the sealed cave, she’s teleported outside ahead of me.
- Ghosts of the Past: Mads has lip syncing issues

Mimi Map
- When looking at the mini map, there are distinct light-color squares around my position and darker areas surrounding the square. I’ve been in and around these areas so I have no idea why I’m seeing this.

Other
- What are High-End Gear Parts and what are they good for…absolutely nothing!

Quests
- Written in Stone –The woman I see standing in front of me isn’t the same one I talk to.

Sam Fisher
- He walks bow-legged going down stairs

Skills
- In Wildlands, you would sprint towards a cliff edge and jump off and glide down, able to open your chute. Breakpoint... you just throw yourself off the edge like an idiot and fall to your death! Go back to Wildlands and make base jumping easy.

Vehicles
- It’s kind of stupid that when playing the game solo (single player) that there’s a pilot and gunner seat and that the gunner has access to a mini gun (or whatever it is) that I don’t have access to as the pilot. You seriously need to re-think how a player (by themselves) can access all weapons in a vehicle at the same time.
o I remember playing Just Cause 3 and flying around in a helicopter and taking out installations. The handling of the helicopter was top-notch and it was super easy to point at an object and know that you’d likely hit it. The same can’t be said for this game. I’ve spent hours tweaking the controls to no avail, the helicopter will always drift left or right after a slight nudge.
- I’ve had encounters were the gunmen in a helicopter continue to shot at me, fairly accurately, while the helicopter is spinning out of control and failing to its demise.

Shop
- When viewing weapon blueprints or attachments, I need an easy way to compare the currently equipped to all the blueprints to see if they’re worth building.

Bugs
- I’ve seen drones that I’ve shot down float above the ground, sometimes with the blades still twirling.
o 50% of the time there’s no salvage from them.
- I’ve seen a situation where I pick up ammo & there’s no more/I’m full but the animation of picking up ammo is in a loop and I’m there’s no ammo to pick up.
o Worse is that if there’s an item there to give me the location of something, I can’t interact with it as my avatar is always trying to pick-up ****.
- When the Default Aiming Mode is Ironsight for All Equipped Weapons, after a long period of time then aiming mode will switch to Over the shoulder. The temp fix is to switch to Over the shoulder then back to Ironsight.
- When trying to craft missiles for the rocket launcher, the schematic wants Explosive Material in 2 of the 3 slots. I’m able to select an Explosive Device for both slots; when all slots are filled, I obviously can’t craft any missiles.
o The game is forcing me to fill in all 3 slots
o The game shows Explosive Devices as an option but of course they aren’t what the schematic is looking for
- If I jump/fall into the water there’s a good chance that 1) I’ll see the bottom of the water with no water around me, imagine walking into what was once a lake but is dried up. This will happen for 2-5 seconds before the water is seen again. Also, I won’t be able to move for another 3-6 seconds.
- I’ve been playing the game with Gear Level off since the beginning and recently I switched Gear Level On and then then game crashed on me twice. The first time I could quit the game and try again but the second time, I couldn’t do anything except physically reboot my PC. I hope you have some Game Crash app that runs in the background to report & send to you when this **** happens.
o I had the game running for a few days, sometimes with other apps in the foreground and everything worked fine until I turned Gear Level ON. I’m guessing that after quitting the game one time finally made a difference in that the game hasn’t crashed since.
