Just Dance All Access not working
I've purchased a 12 month all access during the Coronavirus pandemic through the Playstation (PSN) store for 24.98 and it didn't show up in our UPlay account. I've since been given the runaround emailing Ubisoft support back n forth in over 10 emails over the last month. I've also been calling and filing with the auto bot on PSN to no avail. No one is answering calls at customer support at Playstation. All you get is a recording and you cannot leave a message. This is the worst customer service in history of any bysiness. How can this type of inaction persist, especially during Covid emergency where sales are through the roof. I've practically been begging for help for Ubisoft, who has likely been paid by Playstation for us to access this service. I think the Better Business Bureau needs to know how both of these companies are treating customers and mishandling this. I'm not one of those trying to get over. I just want what I've paid for. Please help.

Ubisoft Support Staff EMEA
Hey Den_SF,
Sorry to hear about your experiences so far and not being able to access the content. What usually is the case with PlayStation content is that your PSN account doesn't match the region of your PS4 disc. Do you have a disc version of the game or do you have it digitally?
If it's a disc version, your disc needs to be the same region as your PSN account that bought the pass. You can tell the region of the disc by looking at the age rating, we can help identify that for you if you provide a picture of the box.
If they don't match, digital content won't work with your disc, and you'll need to source a different disc or purchase a digital version of the game too. You may be able to get a refund in those cases from the PlayStation store team if you can get through to them somehow.
Hope that helps and let us know if you need help identifying the region of the disc and account.
