I have been experiencing Direct X errors. "Present not found" when playing Anno1800. These only occur in Anno1800. They appear to be random and I cannot find a way to successfully replicate them in any meaningful manner. I could be in any instance of the world where these occur. I can attach a screenshot at a later time if required. I have reinstalled Anno completely through the Uplay launcher. I have only played in DirectX 12 so I cannot say if this occurs in Direct X 11. All my drivers for all devices and components are upto date. I have tried searching for a cure for this and I have yet to find one.
My DirectX and MSinfo's report no errors. I can't report this via the normal support channels because of the lergy.
If anyone knows of any cure to this any help would be appreciated. I can only play it for between 30-60 minutes in a single stint and I need my anno fix.

this comes up after playing like for 1-2hours of gameplay. and i cant play the game if this pops up
and i need to play other games or just wait for couple of hours and i can play again for 1-2 hours. WTF?
