    Promo-code for purchase is deemed "invalid" after a failed transaction ?

    I decide to buy The Warlords of New York expansion for The Division 2 so when I was proceeding with the purchase I decided to apply a promo code which I got by spending my 100 uplay credit, but here is where the issue comes in my first transaction ended up with "Authentication Failed" and the payment did not went through but my promo code ended up not working when I'm trying to proceed with the transaction the second time, I did not get the DLC and the code was deemed "invalid". I'd really like have a respond regarding this issue ASAP and if it's possible to be refunded via my uplay points or a new working promo-code. Thank You. I've tried submitting a ticket which I'm not able to submit due to the submit option being greyed out. Please respond to me ASAP
