    All very valid points. I hadn't even considered the boats too. Fortunately, I haven't experienced too many issues with the bikes breaking down. Just trying to back one up was a problem for me, but I think it was fixed. The vehicle sound design is enough to drive you mad. I miss the throaty rumble the pickups in Wildlands had. The ones in BP sound like they're redlining in 2nd gear. And the Santa Blanca NPCs definitely had a lot of personality. Seeing one drop to the floor and start doing push ups always made me laugh. I'm hoping they could start pushing some of these ideas live and breathe life into the islands.

    Simple answer: Enemies don't ride bikes because UbiParis didn't put any thought into this game.
    And to preemptively answer the question as to if this can happen: No. Paris doesn't have the skill, passion, or dedication to make something like this work. With the current "quality" of breakpoint, can you imagine what it would look like having enemies driving around on dirt bikes? Super stiff Sammies, making 15 point turns at 3 miles per hour, to avoid any obstacles...
