I would go for crit chance first, it maxes out at 60%, no need to go higher, it would be a waste, after that build up your crit damage. But definitely crit chance @60% first. You can see in the stats menu but would be nice if a capped value was shown in a different color (or different font for those who are color blind). Not a fan of not allowing to equip mods. CHC also comes from gear and weapons, which will make the whole UI a very messy experience.
On a Coyote Mask build you can go a bit lower with CHC as the mask will give you extra CHC depending on distance. Could be worthwhile speccing a bit of CHD then instead.
