Hey i need help..From last couple of weeks whenever i start division 2 and when it on the loading screen my xbox one x shut down immediately..it is crashing my xbox one x very badly..i have tried many other games like division1, forza horizon, gta 5 , red dead redemption 2 and they all are running fine without any issue..it is happening only with division 2..i also tried factory resetting my xbox but no help..i need a solution to this problem before this game burns down my xbox completely because i play a lot of division 2..

i have tried all the fixes as mention above..and i don't have another system to test it on..Y THIS IS HAPPENING WITH DIVISION 2 ONLYNOT ANY OTHER GAMES..

Factory reset, as in wiped and reinstalled everything?

If so that sucks as I also have an xbox one x and play the heck outta this game, in fact it's the only game I play on xbox, and it runs like a rock.

oh, by runs like a rock, means solid as a rock - errr, to be clear it never crashes, just so you have a point of reference from another xbx 1 x user

i don't know what is happening..its is crashing like crazy now everytime i load this game

i tell you how i am playing this game right now SEE

1. i start my xbox and i start division 2..at loading screen it crashes my xbox every single time ..
2. then i restart my xbox..i load a different game this time..when the game is full loaded i close that game
3. then i start division 2 again and this time it works fine..and i play

These all steps i have to do every time to play division 2..

Does launching another game before The Division 2 always seem to fix the problem?
