    Haven't recieved the premium pass after purchase

    So I bought the pass after reaching tier 100 and I haven't recieved it. I went to ubisoft support but that didn't get me far, as I for some reason can't send them a message about this problem.
    Anyone got a solution?

    It can take up to 24 hours for purchases to go onto accounts, especially during busier periods.
