I find this very annoying "feature" in map 3 where I wasn't able to make cannons. Now in map 4 the problem still exists. This seems to be the same error as in one closed threat from 2018.
Problem description:
I'm able to unlock church with prestige points, but export office and stronghold will not unlock. Also the three upgrades (church, export office and stronghold) are unavailable (they appear on grey on the prestige options list). I'm currently at prestige level four and have 2 prestige points to use, but the buttons are unavailable.
It took hours from me when I tried to find the stronghold from the map until I discovered that I should have been unlocked at the same time with church. I have found that this is rather common problem and makes the game unplayable. Without cannons and other nice stuff you have to stick with musketeers. Hope that you can fix this soon since the game is available at Steam and people keep wasting their money.

Hi again,
I just cleared the passage to the port and Bors said that you should build export office, and I think that yeah right. However, the export office become available! Unfortunately, the stronghold is still missing and think that it should have been available yet in the last mission.
I play with Win10, and bought the game from steam and it is in English.
