im trying to follow the steps but i cant figure out how to and where to open the command prompt

So the command prompt is opened on your device itself by typing 'cmd' in the start menu

I'm using steam on ac unity.. And I've tried the methods that has been shown or given but still unsolved ... Will you avail the payment through the ubisoft store or steam.. Because it's really hard to purchase inside the game itself.. Make the helix credits available on store will be easier.. Or anything else.. At least give me more solutions please .. Because i was able to make payments on ac origins and ac syndicate except ac unity..ubisoft says in my email the payment can lead to potential fraud.., cannot purchase in-game from an unauthorized seller and shared ubisoft credentials can pose a serious threat through the security system. As a result, the transaction has been blocked.. Might result in a permanent ban too..
