I've been playing AC Unity on PC, through steam. I've tried several times over the past week to buy helix credits, and each time it tells me that the Ubisoft store is currently unavailable. Does anyone have a fix for this?

This is happening to me too. Every time I try to buy helix pts it says Ubisoft Store is Currently Unavailable. Wondering if they have stopped selling and removed the feature?

Anyone have answer to this?

I am playing on PC, bought the game on Steam, have the game linked to Ubi account too.

Hey guys, thanks for reporting this to us!

To begin troubleshooting your issue, please ensure the Uplay PC client is not running. Then please navigate to the cache folder of the program, by default, this is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache.

Once in this folder, please delete the http2 folder, then launch the Uplay client as an administrator. If you still encounter the same problem, then please perform the next set of steps.

Open your command prompt from the start menu (type cmd) and right click this to run as administrator for elevated privileges. Then type the following commands, please hit enter after each command to execute these individually.

Ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

Thanks for trying the troubleshooting steps above! We've checked on our side and everything seems to be working fine, in terms of purchasing Helix credits in-game.

If you haven't already, could you please try the steps on this troubleshooting article as well? In particular please ensure that you have configured the connection to Uplay correctly by port forwarding. Please ensure that you have Steam/Uplay overlays enabled as well.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please don't hesitate to update us!
