The hitbox for his ub side heavies is bugged as it hits even when it doesn't connect. Often you will dodge it, but it will still get you.

That's what I like to refer to as the hidden inch. It's been there since his release and rework. Rule of thumb is to give yourself an extra foot of distance if you're playing at range and he starts swinging.

I'd rather they just fix it.

aka phantom hitbox. its a perception issue because of the angle the fight camera is at, if you are spectating and/or viewing it from a side position (aka HL does side OS heavy towards your teammate you can see the angle the move hits at much clearer)
