How character should walk when not in combat.

Character is walking with weapon lowered.
How character should not walk when not in combat.
Fast forward video to clip 3:00
Character is walking in a ready position and should not be walking like this when not in a combat situation.
When I start the game sometimes the character will walk with his weapon lowered as he should but after getting in a combat situation the character always walk in a ready position for the duration of the game.
This must be a glitch!
Ubisoft please consider fixing this animation because it doesn't look or feel like a natural movement when not in combat.
Thanks

Please watch this video to add Character pressure sensitive fluid movement to Breakpoint.
In Breakpoint it's not the character animations while the character is moving.
Problem 1 is that the character moves in three stages
(Walking, trotting, and running)
Using Gamepad controllers the movement should be highly pressure-sensitive.
(Creeping, slow walking, walking, slow trotting, trotting and running).
Problem 2 the character in Breakpoint cannot move Left, Right, and backwards while standing, crouching, and prone without turning in that direction.
Problem 3 the character never fully lower his weapon when standing still or walking like in Wildlands.
Character movement (solutions) because players also like the Wildlands movement.
I like the third person free movement in breakpoint but I would also like to be able to move forward, backwards, left, right while standing, crouching, and prone while in the third person without my character turning in that direction.
Just imagine this!
I am laying in the prone position and I would like to move a little to the left, or a little to the right, or a little backwards while in the third person, but instead my character turns completely left, or completely right, or completely backwards.
Character movement solution.
Ability to move forward, backwards, left, and right while standing, crouching, and prone while in the third person without character turning in that direction by double tapping the A button on the Xbox controller or double tapping the mark for sync-shot/vault/open parachute button. By double-tapping the A button again players will go back into the free movement that is originally in Breakpoint.
When players say the movement feels clunky this is what they mean.
Highly pressure sensitive movement in all directions using Gamepad controllers like in Ghost Recon wildlands. A must-have!
Example: using a Xbox controller in Breakpoint, if I aim my weapon in the third person perspective and move the left thumbstick ever-so-slightly the character will move very slowly in all directions but if I apply more pressure to the thumbstick the character will begin to gradually move faster. That is the kind of movement that players are asking for while moving in the third-person view.
Why not have complete control of character movement in every way possible?
Game menu settings.
Ability to enable or disable the feel of footsteps and sliding down hill sides in Gamepad controllers.
The ability to increase or decrease the vibration forces felt by footsteps and sliding down hill sides in Gamepad controllers.
I would like to thank the Developers for listening to the community as much as possible and constantly improving the game.
Thanks

I didn't see anything wrong with many of the original character movement mechanics but there are a few things that I believe needs to be fixed when it comes to character movement like the things I addressed in the beginning of this Forum post.
After going down the wrong path with this game from the very beginning trying to appeal to a younger generation of gamers I believe Ubisoft and the Developers are now trying to find that perfect balance between different gamers to try and satisfy those of us who enjoy the Ghost Recon franchise but they seem to have leaned more towards satisfying the children instead of those of us who have been purchasing and supporting video games since Atari and ColecoVision.
I don't know if Ubisoft and the developers truly understand that the children and the teenagers that are playing their games didn't wake up one morning with a game controller in their hand without first seeing us old timers purchasing and supporting the very games that they're now trying to sell to the young people.
Who do they actually think are purchasing these games for the children and the teenagers? You know!
For those of us who have been paying for and supporting video games from the very beginning.
It's time for the Ghost Recon franchise to move forward and start adding some realism to games. Many of us old time gamers are tired of the same old stuff year after year with just upgraded graphics. It's time for developers to step up their game when it comes to what they're putting out to the public.
Do you know why the new Modern Warfare sold so many copies and is so popular?
It's because they finally gave Gamers what they were asking for, a certain level of realism because gamers were tired of the same old cartoony gameplay!
I don't know if you ever played the old Socom game but it had voice command for AI teammates and the Tactical gameplay was way ahead of its time. That game is over 15 years old and here we are in the year 2000 and the new games feel like they're feeding us baby food.
