So when is LB going to abide by physics of this game? Currently he is GB and bash proof. He has absolutely no GB vulnerability after his heavies. And he is super safe side dodge HA bash pretty much negates most of other heroes kits. For example I play as hito against LB my kit is completely useless. When I go for my kick mix up all he has to do is side dodge HA bash. I can't kick feint into GB because his bash no GB vulnerability at the start or end. I can't charge my kick because his HA is instant on his bash mine takes few seconds for the same punish. Its seriously frustrating playing against LB massive HP and ridiculous punish. I still don't understand why Devs thought he had to get instant HA on his bashes.

I think it would be fine for him to keep HA on his chain bash and forward bash but it should be removed from his side dodge bashes. Just because he can use it as an OS to either avoid damage or trade into it. where as it being on his forward bash means he has to commit to trading to stop a mix up. As for Hito specifically even though LB is indeed a problem character the issue isn't entirely on him in this match up.
Hito just doesn't really have a response to bashes in general. Other characters don't as well. It's just slightly different for her since she has a semi workable offense when your opponent doesn't know how to negate it.

Well assuming you're not playing against an actual good player the LB is probably trying to shove on red indicator to your heavies. In this case the one real option you have is to buffer a feint and dodge. If you've done it fast enough you'll avoid the shove and GB him. I probably wouldn't be attempting the kick at all if the person is merely shoving when they see the bash. And instead stick to UB heavy mix ups.Originally Posted by Erhanninja Go to original post
Not sure if it'll help but when I play hitokiri I primarily stick to her UB heavy mix ups whenever I am fighting someone who has a decent bash. Only really using kick if they're near OOS or OOS. The only time I break this rule is if the person with the bash also happens to have a decent UB mix up of their own. Say warden or BP. This is because they're likely to use that mix up for more damage. So i'll occasionally throw in the kick/feint to GB/sweep in along side my UB heavy mix ups versus these guys.
