    I bought this game since February, i can't play and support is ignoring me.

    I bought The Division 2 on February and apparently there's an issue with my profile, whenever i want to open the game it just get stock when charging the profile.
    It's not my computer because when i open from another account i can run the game without problem.

    ¿Have anyone here have this problem?

    I have this video: https://youtu.be/M-ubGiMgPhI that they made me record to "prove" that i can open the game with another account, surely because they can't be wrong.

    I'm so tired of this ¿Someone know if i can just get a refund? I bought the game from the Ubi Store.

    Same with me..

    I think our problems are the same, but I haven't tried to create another account and play it again. just like you, my game only goes to "WARNING: Please read before playing" after that the game closes by itself.

    I mean, it's the account of a friend, but the problem is that i have a ticket on support and they are "investigating" they've been investigating for a month, i think they are just fooling around with me till i forget i have this game
