I bought The Division 2 on February and apparently there's an issue with my profile, whenever i want to open the game it just get stock when charging the profile.
It's not my computer because when i open from another account i can run the game without problem.
¿Have anyone here have this problem?

I'm so tired of this ¿Someone know if i can just get a refund? I bought the game from the Ubi Store.
