Access The Animus have put together some HD screenshots from the gameplay trailer, that may interest people:

It was an in-engine trailer. No actual gameplay despite being a "gameplay" trailer.

Why buy an xbox if you already have a "scorching PC." Microsoft has already stated that exclusives are also coming to windows. No brainer imo

I first tought this trailer was a preview and after this the real "Gameplay" comes.

What a disappointment! A Gameplay reveal should view actual gameplay and show us how the new game will play. This is just a trailer patched up with in game cutscenes.

The thing is, it's nice to see a little more of it but they said ACV gameplay trailer and it was not.

That is what I am disapointed of, that, and not focus on the release about AC game, sure they have to show their others games but again they should't call it AC Valhalla gameplay trailer, that's the real disapointement for me...

It's nice to see how it looks in-engine but that was by no means a gameplay trailer.

I enjoyed it. Though, calling it gameplay felt a bit off. In-game trailer or something off the sort would have felt closer to the truth. Either way, I enjoyed it.

    So:

00:28, we have the White Cliffs of Dover.
00:30 we have a menhir in the middle of nowhere. I can't recognize or locate this.
00:32-33, we have Stonehenge (which doesn't quite look as it does today because not all the Sarsen stones are reinserted as it is in modern times).

But there is a focus on neolithic and megalithic monuments in this game.

To be honest, that was released in June, this Microsoft event is just teasers and vague stuff. Everybody will come guns blazing in a month.

    Interesting finds.

And well, The Anglo-Saxons were not the cup of tea in terms of engineering and architectural achievements. In fact, their "castles" were just leftovers of Roman Fortresses. Which is why, and based only on promo material,I can say the developers are taking some liberties and using Norman architecture, which I DONT mind at all.

Besides, this whole neolithic and megalithic is "new" within the franchise, so it makes sense for them to showcase it, I guess.
