Time played ≠ value. Good quality and positive user experience (especially in a looter shoter MMO) are what makes the time investment worth it. My personal experience? The leveling process was enjoyable. After that? Nothing but a chore with little reward.Originally Posted by weasal2012 Go to original post
I support the op, they are correct, the enemies are far too aggressive/accurate/deadly in relation to our own armour/hp.
It might just be me, though I doubt it, but explosives strip all my armour/99% hp, even after my armour/hp increase.. they still strip all my armour/99% my hp...so tell me...what is the point in improving my armour/hp pool if I'm always stripped to the bones by one grenade.
Then you add fire to them.. and BAM! One **** kill.. thanks, from a boss, fair enough, from a grunt... That's too much. That's far too much.
You say we should be respectful, but we genuinely feel like you the Devs not only don't care what we think, or feel, but looking at what you have changed.. I wonder if you even play your product?.
You need to make changes to the enemies, how they act, how hard they hit, and improving our survivability. Because since WoNY, the game has been broken as hell, especially if you play mostly solo... Or is that your plan? Are you trying to drive out folk who prefer to play alone? Because pre warlords, I easily solo most activities, since, I need to take a revive hive because almost everything is rediculously op, and I am squishier then a chocolate bar in the desert sun.
I get you want it to be a challenge... But when a red grunt on hard can shred you in seconds when you're geared for heroics is not challenging... It's demoralising. And demoralised players will just stop playing... Then where will you be?
Man, I'd love to see some of you regular Joe's out there just roll up at Massive and show them how to code like God's. Some of you act like coding is super easy and they can just fix everything all at once without breaking something else by accident. And do you think they're just chilling in the office, reading the forums, laughing at us? Maybe some of us.
Just chill, Massive got this![]()
I'm sorry to disappoint. Balancing is NOT coding! Everyone complain about unbalanced game play, not of glitches.
I have played the game for 2 month in 2 years because this game offers nothing but frustration for the grinding play so I stick to story and let the others enjoy the unbalanced never ending frustrations of "difficulty" settings some weird soul-masochist dude want to call a game.
I can appreciate your enthusiasm. If we absolutely hated the game and did not see any chance of it redeeming itself, we would have deleted the game by now. BUT, we have chosen to stay. Because we want to see it succeed. I agree. I have taken breaks from it many times due to the lack of logic is some of the AI interactions. Almost like the devs are being vindictive. I don't believe that they are. I posted video for them from after Update 9.1. The link is below if you are interested. I am not a content creator. I wanted to attempt to be part of the solution. I still think the NPC aggressiveness is ridiculous for the Challenging setting I used in the video. It is 20 mins. I honestly enjoyed the challenge, but I unplugged my headset because I was cussing so much at the time. I get chased pretty far 2 times during a bounty and after. See if this looks like an improvement to you. I took less fire damage. That is a plus. But the frickin' drones.... Anyway, they need to hear us and respond or expect us to buy other games.

I feel that we the players should have the option to equip or unequipped weapons like in breakpoint......!!!! Forced to carry weapons we don’t use is pointless and yes it’s AGGRAVATING to look at ...👀 devote player since new Division 1 York city....!!! Bring on the snow and fix the dark zones in Washington...there dead..!!!!💀Originally Posted by UbiT00n Go to original post
Sadly, 9.1 didn't deliver what was promised. All my friends also stopped playing ... there were maybe the last 5 who wanted to see what 9.1 will bring before totally giving up and guess what? a new disappointment. If we are not allowed to say what we feel about the current state of the game (in a civil manner) then ban us all Ubisoft, That would be another great strategy with your customers.
I gave up as well, it all became so frustrating that I had to uninstall and move to something else. It made me sad as I really love this game but it has became very frustrating for casual or solo players. No point to repeat already known issues, they already know what exactly is wrong and hope, it will be fixed in TU10 or it will be another unfulfilled promise. I believe that Ubisoft has to react here and talk with Massive studio or simply give the job to someone else.
