Hey,

I got this game for free on epic games and played it for some time. I still have it on my library but now when I want to play it again it shows me that I need to activate the game.
I can't submit my case on support and also live chat is unavailable. So I don't know what to do. Can some mode or anyone help me?

I have searched the account that you are using to post and I could not find the game activation on your account.

It is likely that you may have activated the game on another account and need to login to that one.
