When you enter the DZ you should have to choose to be rogue or not, and you can’t change it until you leave and re-enter then DZ. That’s how it should work. This going back and forth is just the dumbest mechanic ever.

...if you have no moral compass even while playing a video game...then you have no moral compass...end of story, OP you were right to decline their invite and block them, find a team your happy to run with who shares the same common decency you do and has the same principles you do and you’ll enjoy the game more.

As you said yoda lesson learnt i don't join random groups in dz. I have my own group of players i run with in dz. Friends and we don't go rogue on each other unless we are just testing builds for fun.

They didn't expect you to be happy about it, they were hoping to gank you again.
It's a trick that's commonly used in the DZ. They make an excuse and say it's the DZ, what do you expect? Then they invite you to play again and boom! They get twice the loot from one victim.

Baiting you with your own stuff was a nice touch, they've obviously done this before.

This is why they should have a co-op only DZ, but that's a separate issue

if this is how people want to play... then matchmaking should not be allowed with randoms, and they need to just group up themselfs, rather unfair on solo players tbh

Wouldnt worry about matchmaking on the xbox, ive been trying all week and only ever been matched once in probably 50 odd attempts. Its either broken or nobody is there. Based on dz numbers, it is that nobody is there.

DZ is all about players. Going into DZ does not immediately means you are going to be ganked right away, followed by the same group for hours. Yes, it can happen but recently in my exp. I think there are more farmers than rogues. 515GS. I personally go to the DZ for pvp. I go rogue many times, and dont care if I die. I go even against 1v3 / 1v4 even knowing what builds I am fighting against/knowing they will 90% win. Recently I fought 1v3, I went rogue on them few times, then they did manhunt killing me. So I adapted, and denied manhunt Why I go rogue? I need to build better, customize loadouts, switch some parts to be more effective. It's sad many people say they will never go to the DZ because they fear others. I understand that. But I always recommend to go rogue yourself. Nothing to loose really, Go fight, try your build, even if its only pve. You will gain many exp how to fight real people not just npcs.
Also I cut the rope once and guy got really sad. Big complaints in chat Why I did it, he was grinding for a while and so on... I said ok, come back, I still have your stuff, Its yours. He denied, he said I will kill him again, he's not stupid. So I whispered to him, invited him to group, called extraction, left the gruop and let him to kill me, and take his stuff back. He replied THANK YOU. DZ is all about players
