Hey,

I got this game for free on epic games and played it just for a short time. But now when I wanted to play it again it shows me that I need to activate the game.
Do u have any ideas how to solve it?

Go to Ubisoft support instead. The forum is a place to share opinions and ask questions from the community.
To actually get a response and help about an issue, you need to contact Ubisoft suppoort.

I tried that but I can't sumbit my case and live chat isn't available so I don't know how to contact them.

In the old days a forum mod would've been here within a few hours to give you a direct link to support. Your best bet now it to wait until support chat comes online or hope that a mod wanders by.
