I have been playing brawl a lot more frequently, and this is actually big issue during things like duel and brawl. Its prevalent in Dominion and group play as well. But its out of hand because of the nature of its tracking, lack of stamina consumption, and its ability to be used out of feint.
I just had a few matches in a row on bawl where the opponent literally threw a heavy feint into hug over and over and over, to death. Every round. Even when I could dodge it, it felt more like luck than anything else; and because of his HP and defensive nature, getting inside to attack, or punishing him for the miss was little to no help.
This needs to be corrected. The hug was something that was powerful in group play already, but now its his main move... and it tracks to the full extent of the dodge on any hero I believe... TOO POWERFUL. It needs to be something that is accessible consistently when guard-broken, or when wall splatted. But at any other time, it needs to be easily dodge-able. In this way you are forcing people to actually use this heroes full kit, and stopping this ridiculous amount of spam.
If nothing else, force the use of it to consume LARGE amounts of stamina, so it can only be attempted once. If he does it again, and it consumes all of his stamina, he has a stamina regeneration delay along with the wait to regenerate stamina; in order to punish its spam.
Either way, something needs to be done. I rank in the top percentages of your player base on a few heroes, and I have been her since betas... and this is an issue. Not completely game breaking, but very close to breaking the dynamic of fighting. Especially when one on one.
