UPLAY - Problem with save files

    Hello,
Since two days I have been experiencing a strange problem starting the game.
    The problem looks like this:
    - I start UPLAY
    - I start the game
    - after starting the game I go to the SAVE file selection window
    - after selecting the SAVE file, a black screen appears, and the SAVE icon appears in the lower right corner, and at this moment the game freezes
    - I can do nothing but restart my computer
    - In the UPLAY application, a game error prompt appears and a request to submit the report.
My computer meets the requirements of the game (Ryzen 7 3700x, RTX2070, 32GB RAM, Win10 64bit Enterprise)
The only way I found to fix the problem is to delete the SAVE files from the D: \ Ubisoft Game Launcher \ savegames \ <UplayID> \ 3539 folder and start the game.
SAVE files are then downloaded from the cloud and the game starts without any problems (I have the cloud sync option turned on).
The next day the problem appears again.
It looks like local files are writing with an error and those in the cloud without an error, although they should be the same files.
Windows is up to date, graphics card drivers are up to date.
The game did not update, I did not change anything that could cause such problems.
There were no problems for over 70 hours of gameplay.
Didn't find any other solution to this problem except deleting the save files daily.

    Best Regards

    Hey,

You can try disabling the cloud save feature in the Uplay settings or putting Uplay in offline mode from the Uplay settings (before launching the game) if you have the save file on your PC and see if this helps.
