I'm not exactly sure how they got away with it last year without Disney's official blessing to be honest. You do not want to be sued by Disney. Even if it somehow falls into "fair use" Disney could sue, then tie it up in proceedings just to make an out of court settlement cheaper than defending it through. Corporations use the US court system as a business grounds like this all the time. And you have entities like "litigation insurance" and the like that make it all possible and viable. Pathetic but true.
